Government & Regulatory Programs
Our projects and partnerships with regulators and government departments forms a key part of TechSafe’s identity as experts in electrical safety and compliance. We are auditors of electrical works for Energy Safe Victoria, with who we have been working with for almost 25 years. TechSafe has also been the sole auditor of electrical installations in Tasmania for the Department of Justice since 2013 and conducts metering audits for the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) on an annual basis.
Safety and compliance programs have become common in the renewables industry in recent years. TechSafe is proud to be engaged as the sole auditor of Solar PV, Battery and Solar Hot Water installations for Solar Victoria, with whom we have worked closely since 2019. Our business is the largest auditor of Solar PV installations for the Clean Energy Regulator (CER) and has regularly conducted compliance audits for the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).
