Glenrowan West Solar Farm

The Glenrowan West Solar Farm is located approximately 30km south of Wangaratta and with a capacity of approximately 140MW, is capable of generating enough electricity to power over 45,000 Australian homes each year.

TechSafe was engaged prior to installation works onsite to conduct preliminary inspections of proposed works (this is generally our preference to ensure a more compliant and efficient installation process). Our working knowledge of Australian Standards continued to ensure compliance of works from early stages of the project. Our inspectors were engaged to provide inspection services of PV array and associated wiring & control systems. All inspections were conducted to confirm compliance with the Victorian Electrical Safety Act 1998 and AS/NZS 3000, AS 2067, AS 4777.1 & AS/NZS 5033.
